Starting with berries ripened to sweet perfection, we dip them in a coating of fondant sugar to sweeten them even more. Then we double coat them in our famous pure milk chocolate. After sitting in its chocolate shell for a short while, the fondant mixes with the natural juices of the strawberry to create a sweet strawberry nectar. After double coating these can become quite large, but everyone seems to find just the right one to fit their taste. Try cracking one over vanilla ice cream, or just find an extra large one and enjoy it as your dessert!

My family got these at Kaufman's and Joseph Horne dept stores in PA when we lived there. We were delighted to find them again after years of searching other candy shops. We had them shipped to us in FL, and had a strawberry cordial feast! Nothing has changed in the recipe as we remembered it! Outstanding, unique chocolate experience!
